Shipping policy

Payment:

  1. The payment at Resvent Medical shop is only accepted via Paypal. We will inform you if more payment methods become available in the future.
  2. The invoice will be sent to the customer along with the products. Order processing and product deployment will occur after Resvent Medical confirms the customer's payment. If the customer does not receive the invoice within 24 hours of placing the order, it can be considered as the customer canceling the order.
  3. Payment by credit card will be processed in accordance with the regulations of the customer's credit card issuing bank.
  4. The customer's credit card information is only known to the credit card settlement agency used by Resvent Medical, and the data will be stored on the settlement agency's server. Therefore, Resvent Medical does not store customer credit card information.
  5. The sales contract is established after the customer completes the payment.
  6. The risk of product loss is transferred from Resvent Medical to the customer at the time of delivery, and ownership of the products will not be transferred until payment for the products recorded in this article is completed.

 

Shipment and Delivery:

  1. The default express delivery methods are FedEx and UPS. Resvent Medical ships products with a suitable courier depending on your choice when you place an order.
  • The freight will be automatically calculated by the carrier connected to the Shopify system. Resvent Medical Official Store delivery order within 2 working days, transportation takes 5-7 working days.
  1. The deployment and delivery period of the product will be determined after Resvent Medical confirms the customer's payment.
  2. After Resvent Medical delivers the products to the carrier, the customer shall not transfer the products to a third party or place any security rights on the products until they are delivered.
  3. The delivery area is subject to the selection list of countries or regions on the checkout page when the product is ordered. In addition, customers cannot specify a delivery date.
  4. In the event that the customer refuses to accept the delivery of the product, or in other circumstances where the product cannot be delivered to the destination due to the customer's reasons (including the absence of the consignee), the products are deemed to have been delivered.
  5. Resvent Medical shall NOT be responsible for all taxes and duties levied or imposed by any local, state, or federal governmental entity.
